Why Sampurna Labs exists
Running an embroidery factory in Surat means dealing with dozens of machines, hundreds of workers, and payroll calculations that could take days to do manually — every single month.
We searched for software that understood piece-rate payroll, machine-level tracking, and the realities of the Indian factory floor. We couldn't find anything that truly fit.
So we built it ourselves. EaseEmbro started as a tool for our own factory. When it worked, we knew other owners needed it too.
That's Sampurna Labs — a technology company founded by a factory owner, for factory owners.
Modernize Indian factories, one at a time.
Sampurna Labs' mission is to bring precision technology to Indian manufacturing. We build tools that are simple enough for any factory owner to use, powerful enough to transform how they operate.
The operating system for Indian industry.
We envision a future where every factory in India — regardless of size — runs on intelligent software and hardware systems that optimize output, reduce waste, and empower workers and owners alike.
How we work and why it matters
Research-First
We invest in understanding the problem deeply before building. Every feature in our products comes from direct, hands-on research in the field.
Radical Focus
We build for Indian factories, in India, with deep domain expertise. We don't try to be everything to everyone — we go deep, not wide.
Speed & Iteration
We ship fast and improve constantly. We prefer getting something useful into your hands quickly, then evolving it based on real feedback.
Factory-First
Our decisions are always made with the factory floor in mind. If it doesn't help the owner or the worker, we don't build it.
Surat, Gujarat —
India's textile capital.
We're based right in the heart of Surat — the city that produces over 30% of India's textiles and is home to thousands of embroidery and weaving factories.
Being here isn't just geography — it's context. We understand the city, the industry, the workers, and the way business is done. That understanding is baked into every product we build.
